Shelly launched By the Bay Tax and Accounting in 2017, shortly after welcoming her first child. Frustrated with the limitations of traditional accounting firms, Shelly saw an opportunity to do things differently. In her role as a highly experienced financial partner to her clients, she proudly delivers personalised, great value service for small business in a language they can understand. She always wears jeans, can be found sharing money tips on social media and balances work with raising a young family.
Education is powerful and Shelly thrives on continuous learning and being able to deliver knowledge and skills to her clients and community.
